Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Crown of Saints LLC. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

• Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

• High-Volume/Launch Periods: During sales or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer the following shipping speeds for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping is FREE!  This method takes 3–5 business days(not including processing times).

• Expedited Shipping is NOT AVAILABLE at this time.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide!

• International shipping transit times vary between 7–21 business days depending on your location.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Crown of Saints LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 72 hours from the time the order was placed.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Incorrect Addresses

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Crown of Saints LLC. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

• Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@crownofsaintsllc.com
