We market and sell premium hair extensions, bundles, lace systems, and related products. We make every

effort to display the textures, lusters, and colors of our products as accurately as possible.

Hair Variance Disclaimer: Because our products consist of 100% human hair, each bundle is structurally

unique. Natural variances in color, shade, and wave/curl pattern are normal and expected. We do not

guarantee that every bundle will perfectly match digital images or previous orders. Luster and texture profiles

may vary slightly between donor batches.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or

promotional offer (such as launch bundles) at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you

place with us due to inaccuracies, unauthorized commercial use, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event

of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

Shipping windows and delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. Crown of Saints is not liable for

delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for all physical

products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We highly recommend selecting shipping

methods that include signature delivery and insurance for high-value bundle orders.

5. STRICT HYGIENE, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the premium nature of hair extensions and strict public health and safety standards, all products are

subject to rigid hygiene thresholds.

• Unopened Products: Returns or exchanges are only considered if the product is returned in its original,

pristine condition, with all factory tags, zip-ties, bands, and protective packaging completely intact and

untampered with.• Void Criteria: If the bundle has been unraveled, brushed, washed, colored, cut, installed, or altered in any

manner, it is fundamentally ineligible for return, exchange, or refund due to health regulations.

• Launch Promotions: Promotional bundle packages, clearance items, or custom orders are final sale

unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual

property or the intellectual property of others, to submit false or misleading information, or to upload malicious

code. Unauthorized commercial resale or distribution of Crown of Saints products without prior written consent

is strictly prohibited.
