Hair Extension Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Crown of Saints LLC. Due to strictCrown of Saints health and sanitation regulations regarding cosmetic and personal care products, all sales of hair extensions, closures, frontals, and related hairpieces are FINAL .

1. Hygiene and Safety Regulations

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. For the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict policy: once the product leaves our facility or the packaging/shipping box is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded. We cannot accept hair that has been opened, unraveled, brushed, washed, colored, or altered in any way.

2. Final Sale Policy

All purchases of Crown of Saints LLC. hair extensions, custom colored bundles, wigs, and accessories are final sale. We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or order cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color matching selected by the customer, or incorrect length choice.

3. Defective Items & Quality Inspection Exception

Every bundle undergoes a strict quality control inspection before shipping. However, if you believe you received a manufacturing defect (e.g., severe structural damage or incorrect item sent), you must report it to us within [e.g., 48 hours / 72 hours] of delivery.

• The hair MUST remain in its original factory packaging, tied with the original security bands/zipties intact.

• If the security ties have been cut or removed, the hair is considered worn and is strictly ineligible for replacement.

• To file a claim, email crownofsaints2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.

 

4. Color and Texture Disclaimer

Please note that virgin and raw hair bundles come from individual donors. No two bundles are identical. Slight variations in color shade (from natural black to dark brown) and wave patterns are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
